Custom orders or DIY kits requiring preparation may take up to 5 business days.

🚚 Shipping Options
We ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We offer free local pickup for customers located in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

How it works:
At checkout, select "Local Pickup" as your delivery method.

Once your order is ready (within 1–3 business days), we will contact you via email or SMS to schedule a pickup time.

Pickup address will be provided in confirmation message.

✅ Pickup is by appointment only, no walk-ins.

🕒 Pickup window:
Weekdays between 10am–6pm
(Specific time slots will be confirmed upon request)

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every item from WOOLIQUE. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

✅ Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Conditions:

Item must be unused, in original packaging.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds will be issued excluding original shipping fees.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or incomplete DIY kits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

🧵 DIY Kits & Custom Items
Due to the handmade nature of DIY kits and custom-designed items, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

🚚 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please email us at hello@woolique.com.au within 5 business days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will replace or refund the item promptly, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
